Your plan and billing

Billing shows the plan you are on and what you are using against its limits: saved locations, triggers and the rest. Numbers near a limit are how you find out before a save is refused.

Upgrading

Upgrade from the plan comparison. Payment is handled on Stripe’s own checkout page. Calchis never sees your card. The new limits apply as soon as the payment clears.

Managing or cancelling

Manage Subscription opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update the card, see invoices and cancel. Before cancelling, take an account export from Account.

Enterprise and annual contracts

Enterprise differs from the self-serve plans in scale and support: unlimited locations, triggers and portfolio size, custom seat counts, bulk historical export, an SLA and dedicated support. It is arranged with us directly, not through checkout. The plans themselves are on pricing.
