Who changed what on your account

Settings › Account activity lists, newest first, each change that decides who or what can reach your account: API keys created or revoked, webhooks set or removed, your product choice, team members added, changed or removed, and two-factor sign-in enrolled or removed. Each line names who did it and when.

Partner agencies opening your incidents

When someone from a partner agency opens one of your agency’s incidents, it is recorded here on the agency owner’s account: the person, their agency, the incident, the level they had (view, contribute or manage) and whether a single-incident share or your standing sharing rule let them in. It is written once per person per incident per hour, so a busy night stays readable. Your own agency’s staff are not recorded.

What it cannot do

Nothing on the list can be edited or deleted, from the page or by anyone on your account; the server writes each line after the change succeeded. A change that failed is not listed, because it did not happen. Only the account’s owner sees these lines today.
